Payment
All payments are safely handled through Yoco. Your information is not stored anywhere on our site and cannot be accessed by us at any time.
Alternatively, contact the site admin to arrange off site EFT payments for specialty items or bulk orders using the Contact Page on the site. Please note shipping will only take place upon proof of payment being provided on EFT orders.
Shipping
We have a variety of shipping options to best suit your needs:
- The nation wide courier option will deliver to your door anywhere in South Africa for a flat fee of R130.00. Alternatively, if you wish to make use of a Post Net please specify in the optional notes at checkout.
- The Pudo Locker to Locker option allows us to send your orders to any of the hundreds of Pudo lockers in the country up to 20kg for only R60.00. Please ensure you know the locker you wish to use and specify it in the optional notes at checkout. We will confirm with you via email before shipping.
- The local pickup option allows for free collection of goods from us in the Honeydew, Roodepoort area in Gauteng only. If you choose this option we will confirm with you via email when the order is ready and how best to get it in to your hands.
In all the above cases, shipping and order times are subject to availability, manufacturing lead times, and logistics. We strive to aim for one week delivery, and will communicate any delays.
